IRISHMAN Richard Donovan will run his seventh marathon on a seventh
continent in less than a week.
The Galway-born ultra distance runner will set a new world record
it he finishes the Sydney race.
He has already completed races in Russia, Cape Town, Dubai, London,
Toronto and Santiago to raise funds for GOAL'S work in Darfur.
Richard said: "I want to run this series of marathons faster
than anyone has done before and at the same time attract attention
to the tragedy of Darfur."
He is on course to finish his record bid tomorrow morning Irish
time.
