The Taoiseach’s recent announcement that he would like to work in the voluntary sector when he leaves politics highlights the meaningful contribution skilled professionals can bring to the sector. GOAL urgently needs skilled professionals to volunteer for one year and help run our programmes in 12 developing countries. GOAL is especially keen to hear from health professionals, engineers, accountants, project managers, logisticians and those with previous overseas development experience.
